Head Coach and Owner, Mark Owens, developed the F.I.G.H.T training system.
This workout system is the foundation of our MOBFIT classes.It incorporates boxing , calisthenics and weight training into fun and challenging circuits that causes fat to melt off, while building muscle and greatly improving your performance.
Our MOBFIT classes are for all fitness levels.
We also offer personalized 1on1 boxing personal training. Our trainers are experienced and equipped to help you reach your boxing and fitness goals.
We aim to change your outlook on boxing and fitness so that it becomes a daily part of your life. We are a community and ready to encourage and motivate you to stay consistent and reach your fitness goals.
